Meet the Coach

I’m Django DeGree, an executive leader, mentor, and creator of AOS™ -  the Adult Operating System.

 

For more than 25 years, I’ve led teams across North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific at three of the four largest software companies in the world. Along the way, I’ve interviewed, hired, coached, and developed hundreds of people—and I’ve seen firsthand how the right guidance can help someone move faster, avoid costly mistakes, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

 

As a father of six, mentor, and coach, I’ve spent years helping people build confidence, make better decisions, and create a practical path forward in money, work, communication, and life.

I created AOS™ to make that support more structured. It provides a clear system for building skills, setting goals, measuring progress, and becoming more independent—without having to figure everything out the hard way.

 

My role is simple: help you understand where you are, get clear on where you want to go, and build the systems to help you get there.
